These terms apply to your use of the Brick by Brick website and to any purchase you make from us. By using the site you accept them.

Registered company details will be published here before orders open.

Series 01 is currently shown in launch preview. Product images are illustrative, specifications are provisional and prices may change before launch.

No order can be placed and no payment can be taken while the site is in preview. Items added to your bag are held in your browser only and are not a reservation of stock.

When checkout opens, an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. Prices, delivery charges and available payment methods will be shown before you pay.

We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, where a price has been listed in error, or where we suspect fraud.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Any change to VAT treatment will be reflected at checkout.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery and your rights in relation to faulty goods.

The Brick by Brick name, monogram, copy, photography and design are our property and may not be used without written permission.

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
