We are setting the store up for UK delivery first. Delivery options, charges and expected timescales will be displayed at checkout before you pay.
We will not quote a delivery time until the service is confirmed with our carrier. International delivery is not available at launch.
14-day cancellation right
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
To start a return, send us a message through the contact page with your order reference. We will confirm the return instructions. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Your statutory rights
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If something is not right, contact us and we will put it right through a repair, replacement or refund.
