Privacy policy
How Brick by Brick handles the small amount of personal information this site collects.
Last updated: October 2026
Who we are
Brick by Brick is a men's essentials brand selling direct through this website. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Brick by Brick.
Registered company details will be published on this page before orders open. Until then, all enquiries are handled through the contact form.
What we collect
Launch list: your email address, an optional first name and a record of your consent to receive launch updates.
Contact messages: your name, email address, subject and message, so we can reply.
Bag contents: items you add are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. This information is not sent to us.
Technical data: aggregated, non-identifying information about how the site is used, to keep it working and improve it.
Why we use it
To send launch updates you have asked for (on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
To answer your enquiry (on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to customers).
To keep the site secure and working properly.
Payments
Checkout is not live yet. When it opens, payments will be processed by a supported payment provider. Card details are entered with that provider and are never stored in this application's database.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and send email, and only as needed for those services.
Launch list records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It uses local storage to remember the contents of your bag on your device.
If we introduce analytics or advertising tools that require consent, we will ask for your permission first.
